Boot Camp: Day 1 - Top 10 Weight Loss Camps

Follow Me on Pinterest

What a great idea, weight loss camp! A place where you can avoid the worldly issues and focus on just you. No temptations, all the support that you need and health, simply and serenly surrounding you.

Weight Loss

Change can be hard to come by in today's world, your daily focus may become dulled when working your rat race job or dealing with cranky people on your commute or even at work and home. So what happens? You turn to...food.

Well, this doesn't seem to be the case while in an isolated weight loss retreat. There is no food to turn too. What are you going to do get angry and eat a bunch of lettuce? No, you will be forced to do something else. Forced (for the better) to turn to another type of coping mechanism. Excercise, talking your problems out, not stuffing them!

So let's talk, Top 10 weight loss camps: Day 1
