What to Eat After You Have Your Gallbladder Removal Surgery

First off, this blog was originally dedicated to losing weight. "Think Thin Today" the original blog name was created in hopes to celebrate and inspire me and others to lose weight and feel better. Upon years of investigation and meaningless diets, I recently hit a wall, a good wall (if there is one).

Many people struggle after gallbladder removal surgery and don't even know it. Weight gain, stress, liver problems, and heart problems are just some of the physical issues that follow gallbladder removal surgery. Western medicine does not tell you this.

Weight gain, stress, liver problems, and heart problems are just some of the physical issues that follow gallbladder removal surgery. Western medicine many times does not explain the after-effects of organ removal.
