Boot Camp: Day 3 - Top 10 Weight Loss Camps: Biggest Loser Resort

Follow Me on Pinterest

The Biggest Loser Resort has many locations around the US, including Malibu, CA; Ivins, UT; Chicago, IL (open May 2013) and Niagara, NY. Choosing a fitness retreat (or extended stay boot camp) that offers multiple locations may make your decision easier.  Distance and weather can make your experience a good or not so good one. For instance I would not travel anywhere that may have snow, my preferable experience would be warm and tropical without too much travel expense required.

The Biggest Loser Resort has tailored their fitness and nutrition programs to meet the needs of those that are exhausted by the endless diet cycle. If you seek a permanent lifestyle solution this may be the one for you. To help you decide I have included a video from the Biggest Loser Resort, a tour of their Malibu, CA program.

The Biggest Loser Resort understands the importance of the need for adequate relaxation after a day of hard work and devotion. Many of the wonderful services are included in the resort rate, but keep in mind some services are additional, including:
  • private nutrition consultations
  • private training sessions
  • and spa treatments

There are so many choices and you are probably at a point in your life where you are about to give up, so how do you decide? Well, you can read all of the facts and spin things around in your head until you decide to head for the fridge.
  • Or you can read a few things and look for signs, what intrigues you?
  • What are you looking to get out of this experience?
  • What do you really like? Stop telling yourself no, and start telling yourself yes.
Part of overeating and an unhealthy lifestyle is putting yourself and your emotions aside. If you want to look better and most importantly feel better, than start acknowledging who you really are! And if this is part of your journey than one of the best steps that you can take is acknowledging what you really want, DON'T JUST SETTLE!
