How to Make Delicious and Healthy Weight Loss Soup

Are you trying to lose some extra pounds? Do you enjoy eating soup? If your answer is yes, then we have a great solution for you! It's time to spice up your diet with a tasty and healthy weight loss soup. Soups are not only great for losing weight, but they also provide the necessary nutrients for your body. With our easy-to-follow recipe, making your own healthy soup has never been easier.

Start with the basics:
To make your weight loss soup, you'll need a selection of fresh vegetables. The basic vegetables that you need are carrots, celery, onions, and garlic. You can also add in other vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, and kale.

Use the right herbs and spices:
Once you have your vegetables, you can now add in herbs and spices to enhance the flavor of your soup. You can use herbs such as thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves. Spices such as cumin, turmeric, and red pepper flakes can also be added.

Choose your protein:
To make your soup filling, you can add in some protein such as chicken, fish, or lean meat. You can also add in some beans or lentils for a vegetarian option.

Cook it right:
The key to making a delicious and healthy soup is to cook it slowly over low heat. This allows for all the flavors to merge together, resulting in a rich and flavorful soup. You can also make a large batch and freeze it for later use.

Serve your soup:
Once the soup is done, it can be served as a side dish or a main meal. You can also add in some whole-grain crackers or a slice of bread for a complete meal.

In conclusion, making your own weight loss soup is a great way to shed some extra pounds and improve your overall health. By using fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices, you can create a delicious and flavorful soup that will keep you satisfied and on track with your weight loss goals. Remember to take your time when cooking, and allow the flavors to merge together for the best result. So, go ahead and give this recipe a try today, and enjoy all the benefits of a tasty, healthy, and satisfying meal.

Jessica Simpson's Weight Loss Failures and Successes

There are so many roads to weight loss. Permanent or otherwise, weight gain can creep up on you while weight loss can come at the most unexpected times. Some people handle stress with food and some just don't have that need to eat. Jessica Simpson a recent new mom and weight loss achiever of over 60 pounds was caught showing off her new body during this year's Halloween season.

Kudos to you Jessica Simpson for beating that rough road that so many women struggle through after having a baby. Many women find themselves in a place of desperation after their once beautiful body becomes stretched and tired. Many women don't find the strength or the desire to move forward into something better, weight loss takes work and people who tell you otherwise are not dealing with the underlying problems.

Here is an example of Jessica Simpson's daily regimen (per the Examiner) that has caught the media's eye:

Her daily weight-loss diet and workout program typically consists of the following:

7 a.m. - Jessica wakes up and feeds Maxwell, then has breakfast: half a flat-bread sandwich with egg whites, peppers and fat-free cheddar

8 a.m. - Simpson walks up to an hour a day, trying to get at least 14,000 steps on her pedometer. Afterward: a snack of berries, bananas, melon or grapefruit.

11 a.m. - Four days a week, Simpson works out for 45 minutes with a trainer doing a combination of cardio and circuit-training exercises such as dumbbell triceps extensions, hamstring curls and crunches with a medicine ball.

1 p.m. - Jessica eats lunch of spinach salad with 4 ounces of chicken satay and pear.

2 p.m. Simpson walks again outside or on the treadmill, then has a berry smoothie.

6:30 p.m. Dinner of fish (4 ounces of halibut or tilapia) with roasted eggplant, broccoli or asparagus. Low-fat ice cream for dessert.

10 p.m. Bedtime.

The media is so hard on movie stars and women in general, high expectations of always being beautiful and catching them at that glorious moment when they let their hair down must really be stressful. But just like the normal everyday Joe's life, weight loss takes discipline. Including mental discipline, deciding what and what you do not want to have in your life and in your thoughts can help you succeed and push through to your goals.

"I have to separate myself from the world's expectations," she said, "I have to look inside myself. I'm not a supermodel...I just wanna be a better version of myself." - Jessica Simpson -

This version of the seven-layer salad is cool and creamy and crunchy and chewy. Sometimes I make my molded salads with vegetables, but I decided to make this one chock-full of sweet, yummy fruit. And what a wise decision it was.

Ingredients

2 packages (0.3 ounces each) regular or sugar-free lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water, plus 1 ½ cups cold
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons raisins
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons chopped dried apricots
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained well
1 cup cottage cheese

Directions:
In a medium heatproof bowl, mix the gelatin with the boiling water until completely dissolved. Stir in the cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate, covered, until the gelatin is just wiggly but not firmed up (like loose jelly), about 1 hour.

Spoon ½ cup of the gelatin into a 6-cup mold. Arrange the orange segments over the top and cover with another ½ cup gelatin. Scatter the walnuts and raisins on top and cover with another ½ cup gelatin. Next, layer the banana and apricots on top of the gelatin.

In a small bowl, fold 1 cup of the gelatin into the crushed pineapple and spoon evenly over the banana layer. Fold the cottage cheese into the remaining 1 cup gelatin and spoon over the pineapple layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Unmold and serve.

Sprinkle your weight away! Some here and some there and weight will just magically melt away. No more problems with clothes not fitting or those ghastly self-esteem problems. Although Sensa Weight Loss products are available at Amazon and Cotsco, it seems there are a few warnings that should be considered before you go for the gold, but first their promises.

He is a Faculty Member in the Department of Medicine at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology and Department of Psychiatry at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center.

Since being accepted into medical school at the age of 16, Dr. Hirsch's career has been dedicated to studying the sensory system of the human body. He lectures frequently around the country, and has conducted and published over 180 research studies on sensory phenomena. His 20-plus years of research regarding the impact of smell and taste on weight loss led him to develop the patent-pending technology used in the Sensa Weight-Loss System.

As America's foremost researcher on the effects of odors and flavors on human emotion, mood and behavior, Dr. Hirsch has helped create the sensory experiences for thousands of products and places, from the refreshing fragrance of your favorite shampoo to the welcoming scent in a hotel lobby. In fact, there's an excellent chance that at least once in the past four days, you've come in contact with a product or place he's helped to odorize!

Matthew McConaughey: Why would the fit & attractive Matthew lose 30lbs?

Matthew McConaughey was recently caught with a physique nothing like the hot and sexy Matthew that we are all so used too. Once voted by People Magazine as the sexiest man of the year, what would make him drop an incredible 30lbs? Film of course, a new film in which McConaughey starred in in 2013.

How did he do it?
When asked what weight loss method he used for loosing so much weight, well not eating was the answer. In what seems like a trend in the movie industry for absolute devotion to their work; discipline, coaches and maybe no food around probably helped out a bit. But don't get any bright anorexic ideas there are better ways to losing weight than starving yourselves.

He had mission though, and hopefully does not plan to stay that thin, because although some men look good thin he looks better tan and built! Stay tuned next year for "The Dallas Buyer's Club".
