Personal notes:
Alternatives to this may be to staple your own tongue instead of getting the patch sewn on (do not do this, it is just a joke). Or just force yourself to live on smoothies for a month (probably a better alternative to either of the aforementioned, but talk to your Dr first), and if you give in to temptation and find yourself going for solid food just take a hammer and hit yourself (also just a joke).  In 2013 Venezuela, this is the new weight loss fad and the preferred gift for a 15-year-old girl's birthday present. Hmmm...
